A bike fitting appointment lasts for 1 hour. During this time, you'll be on your bike for approximately 20 minutes. Feel free to ask as many questions as you like about your fit during the session.

We'll start by placing your bike on our turbo trainer and having you cycle stationary. We'll take a 'before' photo of your position. After asking some questions, we'll make the necessary adjustments. Once we're done, we'll take an 'after' photo for comparison to ensure the adjustments have improved your posture and comfort. Feel free to ask any questions during the process.

A bike fit is suitable for everyone and can significantly improve your cycling experience.
